Our Owner, Principal, and the Architect who started it all. Trent founded APDG in 2001 and brings over 35 years of design experience to the firm.
He is NCARB certified and holds multiple licenses across the United States.
His hands-on approach ensures that he is personally involved in every step, from initial concept to final execution.
As the driving force behind our firm, Trent’s leadership and dedication are at the heart of APDG’s success and the reason we can consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients.

With nearly two decades of experience, Jamie has a natural flair for both architectural and interior design. As a principal, she leads with a focus on both design vision and efficient project management.
In addition to her impressive leadership, Jamie is NCIDQ certified. She is known for delivering interior and exterior environments that are not only beautiful but functional and compliant with all standards.

Lindsay Lejeune serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of APDG. Lindsay oversees a wide range of essential functions, from managing contracts and billing to handling all aspects of IT.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Louisiana. With experience in both public and corporate accounting, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Lindsay plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Her work is integral to both the success of APDG and the satisfaction of its clients.

Mervyn is a highly skilled Project Manager at APDG. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design.
With almost 20 years experience in project management, He ensures that every aspect of his projects is handled with the utmost care, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
Mervyn has experience in developing car wash and oil change projects. His contributions to APDG are invaluable, as he consistently drives successful project outcomes while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Nathaniel Tavares is an Assistant Project Manager at APDG, actively working toward achieving licensure as an architect. With nearly 7 years of hands-on experience in the field, Nathaniel has quickly earned a reputation for his dedication, reliability, and passion for excellence.
Nathaniel meticulously manages all aspects of his projects, ensuring that no element is overlooked. His ability to prioritize tasks and work through challenges allows him to continue to be a critical team member at APDG.
Nathaniel is not just focused on achieving his licensure but is also committed to contributing meaningfully to the long-term success of APDG.

Matt Thoma serves as our Job Captain, ensuring that drafters receive their assignments and that all work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Matt holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture. He is also highly proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Matt’s leadership is invaluable, as he consistently steers the APDG team in the right direction, guiding them through the complexities of daily operations and ensuring the success of every project.

Carl Yoder is a Senior Draftsman at APDG, where he plays a pivotal role in refining our architectural projects, ensuring every detail is carefully crafted and accurately executed.
With over 22 years of experience in the architecture industry, Carl has knowledge in various drafting techniques and software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. He particularly specializes in site plans and as-built SketchUp and Revit models.
Carl joined the APDG team in 2017, and since then, he has been a key part of our success. His knowledge makes him a valuable mentor to junior draftsmen and a key contributor to our team's growth and excellence.

Senior Drafter
Rae joined APDG after graduating high school. In a short time, she has quickly developed the skills needed to excel as a drafter.
On a daily basis, Rae is responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our projects running smoothly. She handles SketchUp and Revit modeling, creates renderings and animations, and contributes to both Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) sets.
Although Rae has just under 2 ½ years of professional experience, she already has a strong foundation, thanks in part to her three years of architectural classes in high school.
