APDG will develop a comprehensive and detailed set of construction documents, encompassing architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering plans, as well as thorough specifications. These documents will ensure every aspect of the project is carefully planned and executed. This phase is considered complete once all necessary approvals are obtained, culminating in the successful acquisition of the building permit, allowing the project to move forward smoothly.
During the Construction Administration phase, our team will diligently respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), carefully review shop drawings, and conduct regular site visits to ensure the project is progressing as planned. We will closely monitor the construction process to verify that all work is in full compliance with the construction documents, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy throughout the project.
